Why no returns or exchanges?

Final sale means that there are no returns or exchanges. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with defects.
Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. We are certain that you won’t be disappointed in our products.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund due.
Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start the return process please email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks to process the refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as Just Sparkle is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. Just Sparkle is not responsible for orders lost in transit.
